  • We accept all major credit cards via our online store

    We also welcome POs for orders of at least 4 cases (1,728 masks). To pay via purchase order, please add the products to your cart on our online store, upload your PO at the cart page, and select Pay via PO at checkout. We will send an email confirmation shortly once we have processed your PO in our system.

  • To receive an official quote via email, please visit our quote calculator and enter the items you're interested in purchasing. 

    If you do wish to proceed with an order after reviewing your quote, simply visit our online store, add the products at checkout, and proceed with a payment option.

    If applicable to you, please also take note of our instructions on receiving tax exempt status and paying via purchase order.

    To pay via purchase order, please do the following:

    Step 1: Add products to your cart on the online store, and proceed to your cart. 

    Step 2: At the cart page, follow the link to create an account or log in with your existing account. Then upload your PO document. 

    Step 3: Select the Pay via PO option at checkout.

    We will send an email confirmation shortly once we have processed your PO in our system. Orders will be shipped to the shipping address entered into the online order. Please ensure that any PO matches the shipping and billing addresses entered into the online order.

    For orders outside the United States, we may be able to ship to certain destinations or connect you with a trusted distributor. Find purchasing information by country here.

  • Please submit a request and select “I need to register ClearMask as a vendor.” A representative will assist you.

  • We are happy to accept tax exemptions. To receive tax exempt status on your order, please do the following:

    Step 1: Add products to your cart on the online store, and proceed to your cart. 

    Step 2: At the cart page, follow the link to create an account or log in with your existing account. 

    Step 3: Once logged in, simply upload your tax exempt documentation in order to waive taxes from your order.* 

    *If there are any issues with your documentation, we will reach out to you. To continue having taxes waived for future purchases for your organization, you will need to use the same account provided during account registration. If someone else from your organization will be making a purchase, they will need to upload tax exempt certification their first time checking out.
