Shipping

  • Once placed, orders typically require 1-2 business days for processing prior to shipment. Please note that orders, including expedited orders, are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an e-mail notification when the masks are in transit. Standard shipping fees are included in listed prices. For more specific time frames based on the order quantity, please see below.


    Expedited shipping options are also available via our online store for these products. We offer both Next Day and Two Day Express.

  • When the masks are in transit, an e-mail will be sent to you with the tracking number.

    If the tracking number shows that the masks have been delivered, but you can't find it, within 48 hours of delivery, please:

    • Verify the shipping address
    • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
    • Look around the delivery location for your package
    • See if someone else accepted the delivery
    • Check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail

    Please wait 48 hours - in some cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours prior to arrival.

    If you still cannot find your package, we recommend that you contact your local shipping carrier about the lost package, as that is typically the best and fastest way to find your package.

    Shipping issues are rare, but if something unexpected happens to your order while in transit, please let us know within 90 days of the ship date.

Order Changes

  • All orders are final and we work hard to fulfill your order as quickly as possible; please review all information, including shipping address and billing address, prior to submitting your order.

  • Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and concerns for hygiene/safety, we are not accepting any returns. If you believe you have received a defective or damaged item, please take pictures and contact our customer service team immediately by submitting a ticket via our Help Center.

  • We work hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible so that you will receive your important order in a timely manner. Because of this, once an order has been confirmed and payment has processed, it cannot be cancelled nor refunded. For more information, visit our refund policy.
